The engine for behavioral goals and results is in Beta.

We have developed a process to assist organizations to develop isoBlogs solutions to their most short term and long term pressing problems.  Using our process, in beta we have worked with end users to:

  1. Isolate their behavioral problems

  2. Define and develop behavioral and revenue goals

  3. Operationalize desired behaviors

  4. Create communities, teams, groups and isoSites

  5. Deploy solutions in isoDoIt.com

  6. Analyzed the data

  7. Improve the process

Here are the results:

When CED Greentech came to us, their problem was that for more than 15 years they had tried to improve gross profits, teamwork and office morale with online training, experts, books and traditional management methods but experienced no long-term results. The staff’s level of performance would always return to their previous level.

“I achieved the following sustainable results using Furious’ HexagonLogic solution:

  1. More than doubled sales in one year ($17 million to $37 million)

  2. Tripled profitability

  3. Dramatically reduced stress levels among CED staff

  4. Broke bad habits within weeks or months that management had been unable to change with years of traditional training practices

  5. Increased confidence in sales and support staff

  6. Overcame sales-related fears in our sales team

  7. Increased achievement and fulfillment among team members”

When Jeremiah’s Promise came to us their problem was to love, challenge and equip former foster youth for a better future by building an enduring foundation beneath college-bound students, ages 17 to 24, who have suffered immeasurably during their early years.

Jeremiah's Promise offers innovative, web-based coaching through The Next Step. The 10 courses, lasting 21 days each, are specific to the needs of transition-age foster youth or anyone who has suffered childhood abuse or neglect. JP also assists these emerging adults in Silicon Valley through college-based workshops and one-to-one meetings. Through each avenue of support, we strongly encourage youth to find a mentor and cultivate a reliable group of supportive friendships. We demonstrate how to develop the discernment, wisdom and courage to pursue life-giving relationships - something many of them knew little, if anything, about previously.

"I liked the message of the Butterfly Circus video (in Turning Heartache into Triumph). I liked what the ringleader said, 'The greater the struggle, the more glorious the triumph.' I say that to myself all the time now. It gives me hope."

"The videos helped. They each had a message that was good. And I liked the questions and quotes that followed the videos. This isoBlog made me think of my strengths, which I'm not used to doing. I can name my weaknesses easily, but I never stop to think about my strengths." Over all? "The subjects are real. I was able to relate to a lot of the situations, so that was awesome."

“I liked how the tasks started out simple and built upon each other. (The steps) give you time to reflect upon your past and present and allow you to plan for your future. I like how (the isoBlog) acknowledges that problems occur and that life isn't always easy.”

"I liked 'telling' my deepest thoughts to a computer. There is no expression from a computer, and that helped me vent and share my experiences and problems without fear of what someone would think." The movies "had important teaching messages. I look for that now when I'm watching movies." Over all? "I'm most proud of the fact that I had more potential than I realized.”

"I have more confidence in speaking up" (after completing Worthy of Respect). It helped me build my support group and increased my confidence."

"These quotes (from a step in Blind Spots, Baggage & Behavior) remind me of how life is and that the pain I had to deal with is healing."

When the College of San Mateo came to us, their problem was to help disadvantaged college students gain confidence in their ability to find jobs and succeed in the workplace.

"Even though I really enjoyed the book, I think if I only read the book I would probably only have gotten 10% of the extremely important points you intend to give.  In the isoblog format, with tasks to focus on the important points, I think it is closer to 90% of what you intended me to see that I was able to get!"

"This isoBlog challenged all my fears, deep seated insecurities, and my deeply set opinion of what I was looking for.  I think I cried more in the first two weeks than anything else I did. Don’t run away! I would go through it again! This course offers a totally new way to look at job seeking and it works better than any other way I have tried and I have tried many. Why does it work better? Do you notice when you read a book or a blog that by the time you have finished much of the information is fuzzy? You go back and read it again or take notes. Then a few weeks later you don’t understand your notes? Working through an isoblog is the exact opposite of that scenario. You are involved in the solutions, you are choosing what you need, you are finding the solutions in real time and they are reinforced every day for 21 days..."

“Thank you for your support and encouragement, I am already feeling confident that I will have my Right Job in the next 30 days!”

“I felt your book spoke to me in many ways. It woke something up inside of me, pairing the software with book helped me from turning the aphorisms and mantras into good habits. I feel that living a virtuous life is a learned practice that can only come about as the result of habit. I feel that good habits are what help us develop to our full potential. Doing the ISO training made it possible to subconsciously get a jump-start on these habits so we don’t get a chance to put it off. We can sometimes get in our own way with excuses. We need to develop the habits now to do the things that we want down the road. Instead of just reading the book and having it be an idealistic theory, the training puts the theory into practice.  Thank you for helping me align my dreams with reality!!!”

When San Mateo County came to us, their problem was that transition-age foster youth didn’t want to listen to older adults and, developmentally, they wanted independence yet they needed structured support and guidance or they tended to falter in achieving what most of us take for granted.

Comments from the professionals:

  8. “I liked the movies that were inspirational. I also liked the way (the isoBlog) encouraged me to really do what I want instead of what other people want.”
